Lisa Ettledorf

Lisa Etteldorf is Human Resources professional and mentor located in the Twin Cities. She has spent decades curating a diverse toolkit spanning employee relations, compensation, benefits, HRIS, performance management and “other duties as assigned.” She is currently an Associate Director on the People Experience team at UnitedHealth Group where she focuses on project management, compliance, technology, employee relations, policy development and government reporting for the enterprise. Lisa is a Southern California native who graduated from Carleton College with a bachelor’s degree in English. Building on her lifelong passion for singing, she was a member of the choral and musical theater community at Carleton as well as Carleton’s summer stock troupe, The Uninvited Company. After college, she and her husband have found great joy in raising a son who shares their love of music and the arts. In her spare time, she enjoys discovering new recipes and traveling with her husband, attending theater and exploring new restaurants with friends, and curling up with her sheepadoodle and a good book. She is excited and honored to be a part of the Source Song Festival journey.
