Max Carlson

Max Carlson is the Program Manager at the Schubert Club, the first arts organization in Minnesota. He has worked there for over 15 years. Max is the creative programmer for the Schubert Club’s Courtroom Concert series, a weekly series with approximately 23 concerts a season from October through April. The Courtroom Concerts are curated with emphasis for innovative new music featuring Minnesota composers and artists. He also coordinates and executes the production logistics, licensing, and permissions for live and online Schubert Club concerts. He is the editor and curator of Schubert Club’s program book An die Musik and other printed publications. An arts lover and foodie, Max enjoys classic films, brewing kombucha, pickling and canning, and making pizzas.
